I feel fathers are the most unappreciated people. First off, acknowledging a father’s role does not take away the fact that mothers are amazing humans.
I know pregnancy is not easy and mothers takes care of the baby in her womb. But check nau, the father provides for the mother and the baby in her womb.
Fathers do quite a lot, their role is that of a provider, mentor, and the go-to person when something is wrong.
When you were little, you learn right and wrong from your daddy. Mom and kids go to daddy for support and only daddy gets blamed when finances are poor.
As kids, when someone older looks for our trouble, we will threaten to call our father cos we believed our father is the strongest man in the world 😃😊.
We’ve had 3 mothers day celebrations this year and lots of people bought gifts for their mothers, some mothers got car gifts sef.
Today is fathers day but as always fathers won’t get that kind of love. Lots of people don’t even know that today is fathers day. So why are fathers not appreciated 😕?
If you are lucky to still have your dad around, please don’t just send wishes, spend quality time with him this fathers day. And if possible, please buy him a gift, no matter how little. It could be fruits, ice cream, shawarma or whatever.
Anyways Happy Fathers Day to all Men of good will. Sending love & warm wishes to all the dads out there who go above & beyond for their kids and families
FREE VISA INFORMATION & HOW TO APPLY FOR UK, USA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, GERMANY & CANADA VISA.
Hey I’m not quitting Facebook just yet, and I’m not going to be here every day as well. I didn’t know that so many people loved reading my posts. Even though I’m no longer going to spend lots of time here like I used to, but from time to time I will continue to write informative articles that will impact your life positively.
Today I want to guide you on how to get Visa to the UK, USA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, GERMANY or any western country of your choice.
Their visa processes and requirements are almost the same with few differences here and there. For example, UK visitors visa is valid for 6 months while for most western countries visitors visa is valid for 3 months.
In some of these countries, tax clearance, travel insurance etc are mandatory while it is not that necessary to process visa to some other countries.
Why I’m Doing This? I’m doing this because so many people have contacted me to guide them how to get visa to either Europe or America.
Another reason I’m doing this is because I like to IMPACT knowledge.
I have decided to do this publicly so it will be freely available to everyone that needs this visa information so my dm go rest small lol.
In this article, I will show you how to get visa to UK, USA and CANADA by yourself. This is a step by step guide on how to get European, American and Australia visa by yourself without paying millions of naira to so called visa agents that collect people’s money and either disappear or they start telling you stories. I know many people that said they paid 2 million Naira for Canada or USA visas without getting the visas and they didnt get their money back as well. This is something that you can do by yourself, so why pay someone to do it for you? Unless maybe you have lots of money to throw away.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I’m not advising anyone to run away from Nigeria but I also will not stop anyone who wants to try their luck outside Nigeria.
I used to discourage young people from traveling because I thought Nigeria will get better but I recently realized that Nigeria of our dreams may never happen because of these crop of clueless, heartless and visionless politicians coupled with greed, corruption and tribalism.
My printing company has not seen light since 5 months now, how can you run a business with generators? This is one of the reasons crime and corruption is increasing yearly. You cannot put a people under this condition and expect them to remain holy, they will find a way to survive.
To tell you how serious this is, all your politicians are sending their families to developed countries, maybe because they know that Nigeria may never work. Check the stats, almost all of them have secured European and American passports for their children, so don’t let anyone fool you. We shouldn’t lose hope completely in Nigeria and also, traveling is part of education. Most of you that blame witches and village people for your problems, your brain will automatically reset the moment you leave Africa.
Let me tell you one story, there is this banker family friend of mine in Port Harcourt, she is well educated but had 2 miscarriages while working in Nigeria. She told me that witches were spiritually eating her babies lol. I told her its rubish, that it could be RHESUS FACTOR, but she didn’t believe me, she believed her pastors. Her pastors made her believe that her mother-inlaw is a watch and was spiritually eating her babies. Well fast fasward to few years ago, she relocated to London and she now has 2 babies. The UK doctors now explained to her why she lost those babies due to the rhesus factor. She now knows the truth, and have asked me to forgive her, ofcourse i did.
But her mother inlaw has refused to forgive her. She said, for me to forgive you, you have to return to Nigeria, come to the village, gather all the village women and let them know the truth, otherwise, I will never forgive you because everyone in the village now thinks that I am a witch. See how religion and superstition are making us destroy innocent people.
I’ve been called all sorts of names because I am not superstitious. One guy said that I am not a real Igboman simply because I refused to believe that a snake swallowing snake is a taboo. All over the world, some certain snake species swallow other snakes but if it happens in Nigeria, especially Igboland it is a taboo, a bad omen etc. Thunder and lightning kill people worldwide but if it happens in Nigeria, especially in Igboland, it is either the person’s hand is not clean or maybe his parents are evil people.
But if you must travel, make sure that your intentions are genuine. Don’t go and cause problems for other people.
For example, if your purpose of travelling to the UK is to settle down there please apply for the appropriate Visa for that purpose. You can’t come to the UK on a visitors visa and refuse to go back to Nigeria. This is why it’s difficult for Nigerians to get UK Visa these days, because of the sins of others.
There Are Different Types of Visa: There are many Visa categories such as student visa, tourist visa, visit visa, family Visa, spouse Visa, business visa etc. From this list you should know what type of Visa that is right for you.
Student visa is for those travelling to further their studies abroad. It can be for a fresher, master’s, PhD or whatever.
Visit Visa / tourist visa is for tourists and visitors.
Family Visa is for those visiting their family members.
A spouse visa is for those who want to join or reunite with their spouse.
While those traveling for business should use business visa. There is a medical visa too, for those travelling to receive medical treatment etc.
WHICH VISA IS RIGHT FOR YOU? Before applying for the visa you first need to know what type of Visa that is right for you. I don’t know you or your circumstances or situation so I wouldn’t know.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR UK, USA & CANADA TOURIST VISA.
1. Passport: You must have a passport or travel document that is valid for at least 6 months. I’m sure we all know how to get a passport right? Well if you don’t, then go to any Nigerian immigration service in your state.
Your Nigerian Passport or Travel document must also have at least 2 visa pages clear for visa stamping.
Previous Passport: Provide a previous passport if any. If you’ve lost or misplaced your previous passport you will need to provide the passport numbers if possible.
2. Passport Photo: Your passport photo must not be older than 6 months. Make sure say na fine photo sha, e get why.
3. Proof Of Marriage: If you are married, you will need proof of your marriage such as a marriage certificate.
4. Travel History: If you have travelled outside Nigeria before you will need proof of your travel history, you can scan / print those travel stamps or visas on your passport. No problem if you haven’t traveled outside Nigeria before.
5. Residency Proof: Legal residence in the country you are applying from, e.g, visa or residence permit. For example, if you are a Nigerian citizen living in Ghana you need a Ghana residency permit to apply for a UK visa from Ghana or you return to Nigeria to apply.
6. Proof of Funds: You must have a good source of income, it’s either you are working for yourself (self employed) or you are working for someone.
So you will need to proof that you have enough money for your stay and to leave, such as • personal bank statements • Pay slips from employer • Proof of accomodation • Audited accounts, • Tax records
7. Your Current Circumstances/ Situation:
A. If You Are Employed: • A letter from your employer on company letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job.
• Current bank statement of the latest 6 months • Income Tax Return (ITR) • Original pay slips
B. If You Are Self Employed: • Include a copy of your business license, such as your CAC certificate. • Your personal or Company bank statement (latest 6 months) • Income Tax Return (ITR)
If You Are A Student: • Submit an official letter from your school indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester. • No Object certificate from School or University.
If You Are Retired: • Submit proof of your Pension fund or retirement fund.
8. Travel itinerary: Travel itinerary (travel reservation to and from the country/area in your name, not a ticket)
Embassy recommends not to purchase hotel and flight tickets until visa is approved. So don’t risk your money, time and effort by buying actual tickets. You can book and hold a hotel room and flight ticket without actually paying for it. You can pay when you get the visa.
For Student Visa: If you are traveling to further your studies overseas then you should have your transcript, admission letters etc.
For Medical Purposes: If your purpose of travel is to recieve medical treatment then you will need to get a letter from the overseas hospital saying you are coming to their facility to receive this or that treatment. The hospital currently treating you in Nigeria will also write a similar letter. That’s exactly what I did when I wanted to fly my mom overseas for proper medical attention. I first searched for the best spinal cord surgeons in the world, that search lead me to Dr. Yash Gulati, one of the worlds best spinal cord surgeon.
Complete your application form: Once you get all your documents ready, the next thing will be to submit your application at the embassy and then book online appointment for biometrics and interview. Everything is done online, from visa application, submission and appointment bookings and even cancellation.
The visa application process involves fill in the application form, print out your form and book an appointment from the consulate depending on the availability.
On the day of the appointment, you have to carry all the original documents for submission and for the biometrics.
Post the appointment, it usually takes 14 working days for the consulate to process the visa. The visa copy will be attached to your passport. DONT EVER submit fake documents for any reason, the embassies will ban you for 10 years. This is why it is advisable to avoid visa agents. If you do it by yourself at least you are sure that you are submitting genuine documents that belong to you.
Prepare For Your Visa Interview.
What to wear: Dress well, look smart and composed. You don’t have to look rich or poor, your looks have nothing to do with your success at the embassy but for me, it is okay to look good. You don’t have to wear expensive clothing or blings, you can wear a suit if you have one, t-shirt, polo, native attire, caftan, senators etc is fine too.
I wore a fine suit on my first visa interview about 17 years ago or so and i didn’t get the visa because I knew nothing then and there was no one to assist me, unlike now you have tons of free info like this one. In my second visa interview, i wore just trouser and a t-shirt and I got it because i was more than prepared.
How To Pass Visa Interview In Nigeria
Proper Application Filing Don’t fill something else in your form and say a different thing during your visa interview. For example in your Visa application form you said you are married but during the interview you said you are single. So always maintain the “rule of consistency.”
Be Prepared: The interview can swing either way – success or failure. The visa officer may want to dribble you, drawing questions from answers you supply. In the end, you either win or you’re caught. The best way is to have a template and prepare for such uncertain moments in the interview.
Be Confident Be confident but don’t forget that “too much of everything is bad!” Overconfidence could mean you are too zealous. And when you create such an impression that you are overzealous, you cast huge doubts in the mind of the visa officer.
So, don’t make it look like you want the visa so badly. When asked questions, you don’t tell tales to impress. Go straight to the point. Confidence in a visa interview should only mean the ability to answer questions with clarity and precision. Anything extra will unveil an “effort to impress.” And please don’t say things you were not asked.
If you have a visa interview coming up soon, I can engage you in mini-interview drilling to keep you mentality ready and armed with ideas that can scale you through. But I can only do this when I’m free. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, share or comment.
LIKELY QUESTIONS THE EMBASSY WILL ASK YOU?
For Visitors / Tourist Visas: They may ask you where you are going to, which city? How long are you staying, make sure you say the same duration you wrote in the visa application form. Do you have friends or relatives here? If you answer yes, they may want to know their contact details. This is why documentation is good, because if you say yes when filling the visa application form and say a different thing when they ask you questions you will be denied visa.
They may also ask you questions about your job / employment, espeucally your monthly income, your annual income etc. If you are self employed they may ask you what is your profit from your annual income. Lets say you sell shoes or bags and your annual income is 2 million naira, from this amount what is your gain or profit?
They may ask you if you have travelled before, where and where have you travelled to and for what purpose.
For Students Visas: They will likely ask you why you have chosen to study in their school instead of the schools in nigeria. They may ask you uestions relating to your course of study or finances / sponsor.
For Spouse Visas: They may ask you your spouse date of birth, job, monthly or annual income. In my case they even asked me my wife’s car maker and year of manufacture and even the plate number. Plus questions relating to her brothers and sisters’ family etc. So be prepared.
For Highly Skilled Workers: They will certainly ask you questions about your job, so be prepared to display your skills, talent etc. There are many questions they usually ask, I cannot remember everything right now, I will add more later.
Failing Visa InterviewVisa refusal or denial can be painful, I’ve been there before and know how it feels especially in my case when i wanted to be with my wife to witness the arrival of Betty. But trust me it is not the end of the world. No matter how prepared you are, the embassy can refuse/deny you a visa to control the number of Africans / Nigerians that are entering their country. If they don’t do this more than 70% of Nigerians will relocate in one year.
The embassies can sometimes deny our senators, millionaires and even celebrities, for one reason or the other. So if you are refused, you should not think too much or kill yourself. If you don’t get it today, you can get it tomorrow.
EMBASSIES/ VISA APPLICATION CENTRES IN NIGERIA.
Some countries have more than one consulate, or embassy in Nigeria. For example, UK, USA and some western countries have embassies in both Lagos and Abuja.
VFS Global is the exclusive service provider and outsourcing visa processing agent for the Governments of Canada, Italy, UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands and many other countries. This is their website: https://visa.vfsglobal.com/nga
Which Embassy or consulate Is better? I wouldn’t know but most people complain of overcrowding at the US embassy in Lagos so if you are coming from the North, South East or South South maybe you can choose Abuja but this is up to you. And if you are based in Lagos, Oyo or Ogun States traveling to Abuja for something you can do in Lagos doesnt make sense because you are going to spend money on transportation to Abuja, hotel accommodation and other logistics.
I also have heard some people say it is easier to get visa in Abuja but I don’t think its true, there is no data or proof to support this claim.
Getting visa in Nigeria/ Africa is more or less these 3 important KEY POINTS.
1. Good and proper documentation. This is the first step and its very important like i said above. Be consistent.
2. Your Personal Circumstances. Those who have good paying jobs or fat bank accounts, properties/ investments etc stands a better chance of getting visas. This doesn’t mean that poor people don’t get visas, of course they do.
3. Luck: Some people are very lucky, its not that they pray or fast more than you, but they are just lucky that they succeed even when others fail.. Take JAMB and WAEC for instance, there are many intelligent people that have been writing JAMB for years without success but there are some people that will pass JAMB, WAEC at one sitting. Not that they are smarter or more intelligent than you but maybe bc they are just lucky. What about these girls that are marrying all the rich men, does it mean they fine pass you or they fast and pray more than you? Luck and Destiny differs. Even in the bible, God said He will bless whom He chooses to bless.
3 Things They Won’t Tell You About Getting Visas
1. TIES: If you are married with children and you have a high paying job, your chances of getting the Visa will be higher bc of your TIES to your home country and also because your economic circumstances in your home country is good.
Many people don’t know this but the embassies want you to prove to them that theres something, like a tie that will make you go back to your country at the end of your visit. This is applicable to visit visa and tourist Visa applicant’s, it doesn’t apply to investors, skilled workers and student visa applicants.
2. TRAVEL HISTORY: If you have not traveled outside Nigeria before, your chances of getting European/ American Visa will be very slim. Not that first time travelers don’t get Visas but someone who traveled to DUBAI and South Africa for business or tourism will stand a better chance of getting EU/USA Visa than someone who hasn’t traveled outside Nigeria before.
Their thinking is that if you travelled to one or more countries and returned back to your country, it means that you will also go back to 9ja if we give you visa.
Your travel history is like your CV. If you have 10 years work experience from different top firms you will easily get jobs than a fresh graduate with zero job experience. But does it mean that fresh graduates don’t get job in Nigeria? I am sure you got the point?
In my companies I don’t employ people base on work experience, I employ based on my assessment of what they can do. Jim is one of the best graphic designers in Owerri, I didn’t employ him because he has lots of degrees or work experience, but because he displayed his skills and talent before my very own eyes. Please contact IykBethany Printing Houze ( www.printinghouze.com ) for all your printing needs.
3. AGE: Older people stand a better chance of getting visas than young people. For example, a 60 year old man will get UK visa easier than a 30 year old man. The thinking is that young people can easily get involved in crimes, prostitution, drugs etc but you rarely see old people doing those things. Old people dont like to spend alot of time in western countries, it is our young boys and girls that run away and refuse to go back to Africa.
PS: I am not a visa agent and I do not charge money for this. If I have my way I will give every Nigerian visa to travel out so they can learn and unlearn certain things.
Few years ago I ventured into Agriculture for 3 main reasons:
1. To create jobs 2. To create wealth 3. Food security
I must admit that this has been my most challenging venture so far. I know nothing good comes easy but I didn’t know farming / Agriculture is this challenging.
My dream is to have one of the biggest and most successful farms in Nigeria. Sounds impossible right?
Well I share similar vision with Reliance Industries founder, Dhirubhai Ambani, who died in 2002 and owns the world’s largest oil refinery with an aggregate capacity of 1.24 million barrels per day. The refinery complex is located at Jamnagar in Gujarat, India.
As a young man working as a petrol station attendant in Yemen in the 1950’s, Mr. Ambani dreamed of someday owning his own oil empire, from drilling to refining to marketing. Let me repeat, he was just a filling station attendant but he dreamt of not even having his own filling station but OIL REFINERY. The man get liver sha. Its good to dream big.
Returning to India with $100 in his pocket, Mr. Ambani entered the textile business, then moved into the production of polyester and other chemicals needed for synthetic fabrics, becoming one of India’s wealthiest tycoons.
He started the refinery construction in 1996 and commissioned it in 1999 I think.
At IykBethany Farms ( https://iykbethanygroup.com ) we’ve done the basics. Acquiring lands (almost 400 plots so far), carried out Due Diligence, surverys, research, Market Analysis and registering the company with CAC.
PS: Remember that I Design, Print and Brand. Kindly contact IykBethany Printing Houze for all your printing jobs: www.printinghouze.com/ Please tell your church, pastor, family and friends, we can deliver jobs to any location in Nigeria.
So back to the farm, I carried out some practicals and experiments as well. I’ve tried to document my journey so far which includes the challenges and mistakes I made, I wouldn’t want anyone to make similar mistakes.
The reason I document some of these things is to inspire people, especially the youths.
Fashion and boutique business changed my life for good. I worked with a construction company, saved some money and opened a small boutique. I started buying from Onitsha, then Lagos. The Anambra importers I met in Onitsha and Lagos encouraged me to consider buying goods from Asia, that’s how I started international trade.
I documented everything, my challenges, mistakes and experiences which I have used to help many people (male/female) to set up their own boutiques. I do these free of charge.
My documentary (mistakes, experiences and challenges) on international trade encouraged me to write this article On How To Import Goods From Vietnam (Shoes, Clothes, Bags, Fashion Accessories etc).
So back to the farm, we’ve harvested maize, cucumbers and cassava. Plantains and bananas will follow suit in few months time. Next year we will add livestock, Poultry, Fishery etc.
If things work according to plans our delicious and well packaged plantain chips and plantain flour will be in the market by october 2021 and so is our odorless fufu, garri, starch etc. . So far it’s been very tough and challenging. I even wanted to quit but I’m not quitting because I’m passionate about this

I’m done with PHASE ONE, now moving to PHASE TWO which is to acquire the necessary skills, training and expertise in mechanized farming. I can’t be farming with hoes and cutlass in 2020. My birthday is next month, somebody should use a modern farming machine do birthday for me naaa wink wink.
This phase 2 will take me to 3 countries namely Indonesia, Israel and Vietnam where I will undergo the necessary trainings.
Everything I know today I learn from the internet, especially YouTube and the agric section of Nairaland and few other forums. Even the guy that planted all my bananas and plantains I met him on Nairaland. So Nairaland has been a blessing in disguise.
I am happy to share my experience with anyone who is interested to learn. Also, if you are an expert or you know one or two things about farming/agriculture please feel free to share with me, I’m open to new ideas and suggestions.
I will try to share updates from time to time. My WhatsApp for important discussions +44 7472 510168

Penis Captivus (captive penis) caused by a vaginal spasm, is an occurrence during sexual intercourse when a man is unable to withdraw his penis from the vagina
Penis Captivus (captive penis) is an occurrence during sexual intercourse when the muscles in the vagina clamp down on the penis much more firmly than usual, making it impossible for the penis to be withdrawn from the vagina.
It sounds like the stuff of urban legend, but it’s possible for a penis to get stuck inside a vagina during intercourse. It’s so rare, in fact, that anecdotal reports are the only way doctors and health experts know it happens.
It’s unclear how often penis captivus occurs because couples may be able to disconnect from one another before medical attention is necessary. And they may never report the incident to a doctor.
In the event that you find yourself unable to disengage from intercourse, it’s important to stay calm. Knowing what’s happening can help you and your partner wait out penis captivus. Keep reading to learn more.
How does it happen?
During intercourse, a man’s penis is filled with blood and remains so until he ejaculates. When a woman has an orgasm, her pelvic floor muscles contract rhythmically. When these events occur at the same time, it’s possible for the penis to become “stuck” in the vagina for several seconds.
Eventually, the woman’s contractions stop and blood leaves the man’s penis. No longer erect, the man is able to withdraw and the couple can separate
Typical vaginal contractions may be pleasurable for the man. The increased pressure around the penis may intensify sensations. However, if your penis becomes stuck inside the vagina, the pleasing pressure may not be pleasant enough to overrule the worry about your predicament.
Penis captivus is unlikely to hurt you or your partner. As the erection eases, the pressure on the penis will fall, and any discomfort should stop. Likewise, as the contractions end, the muscles should relax enough for the vaginal opening to return to a normal size.
While you’re stuck together, it’s important you don’t do anything that could hurt you or cause additional pain. That means you shouldn’t try to forcibly pry yourself from your partner. Additional lubrication is also unlikely to fix the situation.
Instead, try to remain calm and let the muscles relax on their own. While it may feel much longer, most couples will only be stuck for a few seconds.
How Likely Are You To Experience Penis Captivus (captive penis)?
Unless you’re a dog, it’s unlikely you’ll ever experience this — you have a better chance of winning the lottery — but just in case, here’s some advice…
What to do if it occurs to you
If you or your partner feels penis captivus starting to happen, then both you and your lover need to relax and take the focus off of intercourse and anything sexy. You can think about the high poverty rate, joblessness or corrupt politicians. Take your mind off sex and think about something that might piss you off. This allows blood to leave the penis, so that he can withdraw more easily. And her pelvic floor muscles will also relax, as not to clench the shaft.” Added stress can lead to more muscular tension, which can make the phenomenon last longer.
It is important not to try to force the penis out of the vagina. Doing so can hurt one or both partners. It is also important not to try to open the vagina or pry the penis out manually.
Taking deep breaths may help both partners become or remain calm. Distracting each other or making a joke out of the situation can also relieve the tension and reduce arousal in the genitals.
Staying calm and allowing the muscles in both bodies to relax can help resolve the issue as soon as possible without complication.
If this phenomenon does occur, it will likely only last for a moment before the penis and vagina relax.
Penis captivus started as an urban legend a long, long time ago but new study found that it is caused by a vaginal spasm.
Recent media reports of penis captivus – in Nigeria, Kenya, Malawi, Zimbabwe and the Philippines – all concern adulterous couples.
The Kenyan incident in 2012 supposedly occurred after the cuckolded husband paid a visit to a witch doctor. It was reported that the couple regained their liberty after prayers – and after the cheating man promised to pay the husband 20,000 Kenyan shillings (£140). He was filmed going to an ATM to withdraw the money.
The Zimbabwean media reported last year that a woman was bringing a law case against her long-term boyfriend for putting “runyoka” on her – a fidelity spell that caused her to get stuck on her lover. As one report put it, she was demanding compensation from the jealous boyfriend “for humiliating her and trying to control how she should use her private part”.
In Nigeria, most people believe that Penis Captivus is caused by a fidelity spell prepared by powerful herbalists and native doctors which the Yorubas call ‘Magun’.
I hate all these African superstitious beliefs and I think that if there’s a charm or fidelity spell that can catch a cheating wife, more than 50,000 married women will be caught cheating in just one day in Nigeria alone.
In Africa especially Nigeria, we attribute almost every natural phenomena to witchcraft or voodoo. I can give you many examples.
1. Thunderstorm and lightning kill people all over the world but in Nigeria, if you are electrocuted or struck by lightening people will assume it is because your hands are not clean, or because your father is evil man. They say its not ordinary. Last year we recorded a case in my village, a young boy was struck by lightning and my village people claim it happened because its either the boy committed a crime or maybe his father is an evil man. I documented the whole event in this article. 2. All over the world some snake species swallow snakes but in Nigeria especially in Igboland a snake swallowing another snake is seen as a taboo or bad omen, it is a sign that the gods of the land or ancestors are not happy about something lol.
There are so many examples but let me not bore you with all of that because the Black African continent is a superstitious society where people still believe and practice archaic beliefs which I believe is one of the reasons we are not making any progress. The rest of the world is leaving us behind, shame.
What is vaginismus?
Penis captivus can result from a condition called vaginismus.
Vaginismus involves involuntary spasms in a female’s pelvic floor muscles. The spasms can make activities such as inserting tampons difficult or impossible. The spasms can also interrupt penetrative sex or make it uncomfortable for either or both partners.
One person may have a very different experience of vaginismus from another. Symptoms can range from a slight burning sensation during sex to severe, painful contractions that close the vagina completely.
It is possible that such an extreme contraction could happen during penetrative intercourse. In this case, the penis may become momentarily stuck in the vagina.
The causes of vaginismus are varied. They may involve physical, emotional, or psychological factors, or a combination of all three. For some people, vaginismus stems from an emotional or psychological response to the insertion of anything into the vagina, whether or not the context is sexual.
Treatment for vaginismus can therefore be complicated for some people. For example, a study that appears in the journal BMC Women’s Health reports that some treatment options involve using tools such as vaginal dilators.
With the help of a physical therapist who specializes in the pelvic floor muscles, success is more likely. They can also help a person uncover any psychological barriers.
Some people with vaginismus find cognitive behavioral therapy beneficial. However, for some people with the condition, penetrative sex may never be entirely comfortable.
The bottom line
Penis captivus is a very rare condition. It has nothing to do with witch doctors, juju, magun or cheating wives. In Nigeria most people believe that only cheating housewives will experience Penis Captivus but that’s not true because there are reports of couples that got stuck while making love. So it can happen to anyone though most couples will never experience it, but if you do, remember to remain calm. Don’t panic and don’t try to pry yourself apart from your partner. While it may be uncomfortable, stop the action and wait it out. You’ll be unhooked soon enough.
In My Humble Opinion, Igbo Politicians Are Responsible For The Poor Infrastructure in Igboland
Most Igbos blame the North and Abuja for the poor infrastructure in the region but I hold a different opinion because of the following reasons.
1. LGA CHAIRMEN: Let me start from my LGA, Ikeduru LGA receives 85 million Naira monthly allocation from Abuja yet they can’t construct just one internal road for the last 10 years. The LGA chairman pockets the whole money with the governors. Yet we blame Abuja?
2. FEDERAL HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY MEMBERS: I didn’t know they receive so much money from Abuja. From my findings MBAIKE FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY receives 100 Million Naira monthly and 450 million Naira every quarter from Abuja for Constituency Projects but I am yet to see what they are doing with such outrageous amount of money. This is more than enough to upgrade and modernize our schools and even build a standard hospital in the LGA’s but these guys will loot everything and blame Abuja. Their highest and biggest empowerment is few keke tricycles, motorbikes, wheelbarrow and shovels for their lapdogs and online warriors. That is why when you criticize them these urchins will attack you from all angles. GUYS, WHO IS REPRESENTING YOU IN ABUJA? PLS SHARE HIS PROJECTS LETS SEE.
3. SENATORS: I have toured round but I cannot find their projects anywhere yet they receive massive allocations running into Billions. How do these people even sleep at night?
4. HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY MEMBERS: I used to think that they are all the same till Uche Ogbuagu emerged. Presently he is one of the shining lights in Ikeduru. Just under one year he managed to construct 4 internal roads in his constituency, 4 modern markets, mmiri onoma bridge is under construction. From my findings house members in Imo state receive 3 million Naira monthly salary, they have not been given any allocations for Constituency projects just yet. Which means he did all these with his pocket money? I hope he doesn’t change like the others. We are watching him closely. I’m not saying he is perfect, I’ve just listed some of his achievements bc no other house of assembly member in the constituency has done any of these. Someone should prove me wrong with FACTS.
In my own humble opinion, Governors, senators, local government chairmen and the federal house of representatives have the potential to turn our region into a mini Dubai but no, they will steal all the money and blame Abuja.
For me our problem is not Abuja, our problem is the crooks and IDIOTS that are representing us.
And please we need to stop disturbing God because God cannot build our roads or change our government. The power is in our hands to remove these greedy bastards through elections or peaceful protests cum demonstrations.
You cannot find any road Rochas constructed in Imo State that lasted up to 3 years. If in doubt show me just one example.
Abia state is even the worst, they have never been lucky with good leadership. With all the huge allocations from Abuja plus all the big industries and factories in Aba yet the useless governors cannot develop the place. Aba is a huge slum, it’s an embarrassment to the Igbo nation. The money they generate from Ariaria market alone is enough to turn things around.
If the citizens of the state should occupy the government house for just 4 days the state governor will be forced to fix all the roads in Aba. But we can’t do this, rather we gather in churches and be praying for God to change our leaders. God does not change bad leaders, it is you the citizens that will take action.
Go to the north and see the kind of standard roads there but here what we have is China roads that doesn’t last up to 7 months.
But it’s not all about money, let me explain. Ebonyi state receives the lowest allocation in Nigeria yet the governor Dave Umahi has been able to develop the state with world class infrastructures all over the place. As a blogger, I have been there several times to see things for myself.
Ebonyi used to be the poorest and least developed state in Nigeria but right now they are the fastest developing state in Nigeria all thanks to Dave Umahi. Maybe Abia state needs to borrow or loan Dave Umahi for just 1 year and see what true leadership is all about.
I am aware that the North gets most of the juicy appointments, allocations, mega projects etc but what about the little allocations that is given to us, what are we doing with it.
If Dave Umahi can turn his poor state around with little allocations then it means we are our own worst enemy. Na we dey do ourselves.
Let’s Look at the rot in NDDC, see how they are raping us openly…
#Breakdown of N81.5Billion Spent By Niger
Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Between January And May 2020:
1. Spent N81.5 billion as sundry expenses, including graduation ceremonies in the United Kingdom during lockdown?
2. Spent N3.14 billion for COVID-19 palliatives for staff.
3. Spent N1.3 billion on community relations
4. Spent N85.6million for travels during lockdown between February and May 2020
5. Spent N122.9 million on condolences between February – May 2020.
6. Spent N23.8million on consultancy.
7. Spent N2.6 billion on medicals,
8. Spent N790.9 million as imprest
9. Spent N1.9 billion on Lasser fever
10. Spent N706 million on legal services
11. Spent N1.121billion on public communication
In all these expenditures nothing was “spent” on Projects in the Niger Delta for the good of the common man for whose purpose the Commission was set up.
Even the Devil will tremble. Indeed there was a Country. And someone will come and tell me that the North is our problem?
According to available records from the Ministry of Finance, this is Budgetary Allocation to NDDC, N’bn
Where are the Niger Delta youths and elders? Why can’t we protest or take over the streets till these crooks are brought to book?
Hushpuppi is still a learner, infact he is still a puppy. The difference between Hushpuppi and greedy Nigerian politicians is that Hushpuppi scammed whites while your greedy, heartless and visionless politicians scam Nigerians. The damages of their crime will be felt by generations yet unborn.
In all of these, the poor masses whose commonwealth is being looted are quiet. Infact the poor masses are even more confused coz they praise and hail the corrupt politicians that are stealing billions of dollars and kill hungry people that stole tubber of yam to feed their hungry children. SHAME
To successfully fight corruption you have to start from the top. Singapore today is like heaven, the cleanest and most beautiful country in the world with almost zero corruption. How did they do it? Because they fought corruption from the top.
Prostitution, armed robbery, yahoo yahoo, kidnapping etc are on the increase because of mass poverty caused by the people at the top. And until we start stoning these corrupt politicians nothing will change.
A lost nation is one which hungry and jobless people blindly support those responsible for their agony and misery
I’m happy to pay tithe in the UK but I stopped paying tithe in Nigeria almost 8 years ago, this is why.
1. My church in the UK doesn’t force people to pay tithe, our pastor will tell you to pay if you can so as to support the church in it’s missionary works in poor countries. But in Nigeria our pastors will use tricks and threats to make people do it against their will.
Recently one of the most popular pastors in Nigeria said if you don’t pay tithe you are under a financial curse. Well that’s a LIE bc none of the richest people in the world pays tithe.
Amazon founder has made over 40 billion dollars within just few months and he doesn’t pay tithe, Bill Gates, Otedola, Ned Nwoko, Dangote etc didn’t pay tithes to become successful.
Facebook founder didn’t pay tithe to get wisdom to invent Facebook.
Japan, the most technologically advanced country in the world is not a Christian country, they don’t pay tithe neither do they organize crusades and endless night vigils yet they live longer than us, yet they get sense pass us, yet they are richer than us.
I’m typing this with a Samsung phone, the CEO of Samsung is a Korean, he is not a Christian and he didn’t pay tithe to develop Samsung.
So its wrong for Nigerian pastors to make it look like you will become rich, healthy or successful just by paying tithes. That trick can only work on ignorant and gullible people.
Show me one man or woman that became rich by paying tithes and I will show you dozens of people that became successful through hard work and determination.
Paying tithes will not stop good or bad things from happening to anyone. People die everyday, both young and old, male and female, good and bad people, rich and poor, Christians and Muslims etc.
Last year another popular “god of man” said if you don’t pay tithe the gates of heaven will not be opened to you as if he is now God’s gateman.
Most Igbo Billionaires are Catholics and they don’t pay tithe yet they are very successful. Most of the richest people in Yorubaland are Muslims yet they are successful.
2. In my church in the UK church money doesn’t belong to our pastor or founder and there is transparency and accountability. Our pastor doesn’t buy properties with church money, infact he doesn’t even touch church money. Every week we give our pastors pocket money to fuel their car unlike in Nigeria where the church is the founder’s business empire which he runs however he likes.
3. My pastor in Nigeria is a billionaire, he lives in a mansion in GRA and drives some of the most expensive cars in Nigeria such as Rolls Royce Phantom, Range Rovers, Mercedes etc so he obviously doesn’t need my money, he should be the one to give me money to upgrade my companies sef.
Now this is the catch. I have no problem paying tithes, but I want to be sure that there’s transparency and accountability and that the money is being used for the purpose in which it was intended.
I do not attend OPM but I like what Pastor Chibuzor is doing in Port Harcourt. He is building standard schools everywhere 100% free of cost. Free tuition, free books, free food, free uniforms, free everything and the school is open to everyone, Christian or Muslim. You don’t have to be a church member.
I don’t attend Synagogue in Lagos but I like what Prophet TB Joshua is doing. They have charity works in more than countries around the world.
I watch some of their programs and I voluntarily became Emmanuel TV Partner, I support Emmanuel TV with monthly financial contributions to assist in their charity work around the world.
OPM and TB Joshua are some of The few pastors I respect in Nigeria bc of their selfless service. I’m gonna be a pastor one day and I’m gonna be like these two guys or even better. I’m not gonna use church money to live flamboyant life while most of my members wallow in abject poverty. Church money will be used to build free schools and industries to employ our graduates.
I’m not gonna be a prosperity preacher so I know I won’t have lots of followers but I don’t mind. I will concentrate on winning souls for God. God is not a poor man, He doesn’t need your money to bless you or do anything for you.
I will end this by saying that “untill Nigeria has more industries than prayer houses, until people stay awake on research than night vigils, Nigeria will remain poor”.
